Behind every great Woodmont summer is a year-round team dedicated to excellence and rooted in our core values. Our leadership team brings decades of experience, and a lifetime of memories, to the table, ensuring that kindness, confidence, and respect are woven into the fabric of every camp day.

We take the responsibility of your child’s summer to heart, meticulously vetting every staff member and crafting a curriculum that encourages campers to step out of their comfort zones with confidence. By fostering an environment built on mutual respect and intentional kindness, we create a space where every child feels seen and supported.
